Title: Lipase - How To Pronounce
Post by: Waitawa Farm Cheesemaking on September 29, 2009, 11:58:41 PM: I rang to order some from Renco here in NZ, the fellow had no idea what I was talking about because apparently I was mis pronouncing it. He pronounced it as in Lie (lie in bed) and paze. I always thought for some reason it was pronounced leeparzee

The interesting bit from this post is that I didn't know that RENCO is selling Leepahzee. I get it from Chr. Hansen and their service is pretty darn ^%#$$#&*^%. Sorry I am just a bit mad at them!

Thanks everyone for your input, I now know Renco guys don't know how to pronounce the stuff they sell lol but their service is great, they are always so helpful.
CHR Hansen I have found to be really good too.
