Years ago I made a Pasta Filata type cheese that was wrapped in cheesecloth then submerged in warm whey after it was formed into a ball. I don't remember much else about the process. The recipe I had was called 'Sunflower Cheese'. I have lost the recipe but I'd love to make this again. If you have any idea what cheese this was and/or if you have a recipe please share! :)
