Perhaps you should post this on Thaivisa.com or ajarn.com. Those are forums that cater to westerners that might be interested in final products. Perhaps you could ask them where they get their rennet. I have contacted over 5 cheese producers here in Thailand and no one gets rennet here in Thailand. They all have it shipped in. Kind of a waste of money.

Have you tried asking the Minor Group where they get their rennet from? They make (very poor quality) cheese on a commercial scale in Thailand.

I dont know if this can be a hint try university, mostly they have they have research center and labotary like in phillipine and they produce rennet
