Title: NEWBIE in SoCal
Post by: NRG on December 13, 2012, 08:53:09 PM
On this rainy Thursday I was researching cheesemaking and found this forum! I started cheesemaking a couple months ago when I got Mary Karlin's book. I've only made three batches so far. 2 of her fabulous cream cheese and one failed mozarella.

Gonna go after the moz again next week.

Hi everybody!

Howdy! Welcome to the forum!

There is lots of info here on mozzarella....the search function will return a ton of threads! Happy hunting!   :)

Are there any cheesemakers in the Chino, CA area? I'd love to make a local friend who might want to have a helper cleaning up in exchange for experience.
