morning all. my name is reg and i'm also another newbie that loves cheese and likes the hobby of making cheese. live in Niagara Falls Ontario Canada. i'm a chef by trade and contract my services out to a group that owns a number of restaurants in the Niagara area. BBQ is my specialty

Making sausage, (fresh and dried) bacons, ham and other cured meats at home are some of my other interests. i'm married with one son that is a golf professional
