hi,im in the uxbridge area just north of pickering and making about 10 different cheeses and hoping to start selling next year,i milk my own goats on my hobby farm and hoping to add a couple of milking cows in the spring.

London ont here,
started making cheese about 2 months ago.I am also thinking about starting a company but i think it will have to wait until i can get my consistency down to every time. so maybe in a year..
