Title: Passed NYS inspection!

I am pleased to say that the creamery which I have been building for the last few years passed the NYS inspection last week. Now that the easy part is done, I'll be gearing up for the harder part.

Was great seeing you last week at the cheesemaker get-together!
Congrats!!! So happy you solved all those little issues. Can't wait to pay you a visit up there.
