Two new Gouda Cheese making videos on YouTube, this one is of automated equipment in a German Dairy using Kadova brand molds:

The use of pneumatics in the German facility is interesting. They appear to be pressing under whey on the draining table with a drop in place double cylinder pneumatic setup.

Nice videos! They really do make it look easy. I need to find a way to incorporate some of their techniques on a much smaller scale.

John, i can't help but think you posted those just for me. The fourth one was verrryyyy helpful for my big gouda I made today.
