Greetings
My name is Rob and I live in Cheshire in England. I am a Cheese addict. I haven't had a go at making any of my own cheese yet, but am inspired to do so by this very Forum. My favourite Cheese differs by the Week but is currently Somerset Blue. I hope I can contribute to the forum.

Welcome, Sigbert! Lots of newbies as well as those with lots of experience. Then some like me who have been experimenting for a year or so.
I've learned a lot out here from everyone. I look forward to hearing about your cheese adventures - eating as well as making.

Good morning Sigbert and welcome to the forum.

Welcome. You can potentially have great access to lots of Famous cheese making regions to visit and tour. Stilton and Cheddar to name a few. I love England.
