Post by: Mr_E_Stilton on May 29, 2008, 06:36:29 PM
Hi all, Thought I would introduce myself. :)

Found this forum through google whilst browsing the other day. I live in Manchester, UKand family has been making cheese for 38 years. I hope to gain some extra ideas and tips and share my knowledge with you all.

Massive fan of Stiltons and most hard cheese and some specials too.

Look forward to speaking to you later at some point.

Regards.

E.

Hi Mr_E_Stilton & Cheesy

Welcome to this forum, hope you enjoy and participate. Mr_E_Stilton, wow 38 years, fantastic, yes looking forward to your input and support. Speaking of which RobJP has been having some ongoing raw goat cheese making problems in this thread (http://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php?topic=95.0) if you have any advice. Also, haemish762 had mold questions for blue cheese posted here (http://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php?topic=121.0) that I'm hoping you could answer.

Welcome again both.
