Title: Hello from NJ
Post by: formaggio on February 16, 2009, 06:04:04 PM
Kind of new to cheese making .  Tried to retire but could not sit still.  Have been trying to make cheese for about 1 year with varying results.

Welcome to the forum formaggio.  You will find that most of us are reletively new to cheesemaking.  We are an easy going bunch.  You will like it here.

Welcome on board! As Wayne said, many of us are very new at this game - I am only 3 cheeses into my career!

Welcome and like the rest said we are all relatively novices in the grand scheme of things. Actually if you've been making cheese for a year you may be one of the more experienced! :)

Welcome to the forum DiMaggio!

As Wayne said, worked today, but I'd rather be making cheese ;D.

I think you the first one here from New Jersey in USA, (except for my Sister In Law), so I just added you to our informal List of Members Locations (http://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,731.0.html) and added a NJ Board in the Geographic Boards (http://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/board,86.0.html) just in case you or others have any NJ specific stuff.

Again welcome!

Captain,  Have you ever thought of just getting a cheese colored dog?
