Title: Took a break

Hey all, its great to see our little crew growing.  I've been so busy this summer I've had to take a break from the forum.  I want you all to know that I did attend the American Cheese Society convention in Chicago and have a ton of pictures and stories to share.  I plan on getting that stuff up this weekend.

Great news, looking forward to it and some stories, hope you bought some nice cheeses for your restaurent clients in NYC!
