Does anyone have a recommended book or website with close up pictures of cheese molds growing? I do natural rind cheese and can identify a good number of what is growing, but some I'm not able to identify. I don't fear many molds, just more about furthering my education.

IMHO, there's no way to visually identify even a majority of the possible ones. It would just be guessing. You'd need at least a good microscope and knowledge of major genuses to identify morphology, and even then you're be wrong some of the time. It's not like mushrooms, where you can see with the naked eye.
