I don't mean to be critical but that is an awful lot of money for producing 4 gallon batches. Do you have any that are sized for larger batches?

i have an automatic curd stirrer.  It's old though.  Its 14 years old.

Whats good though is that it does not use electricity.  It runs on Cherrios/PB&J/Hamburgers and Milk.

It does however talk back and gets cranky on occasion.
