Title: New Member From Northwestern Ontario, Canada

Hi everyone, I'm new to cheese making and to this forum.  I've made a few batches of fresh cheese and a couple of batches of cheddar but am still pretty much an absolute newbie.  Lots of great information on this forum.  I have already found a few tricks to help make my cheese more consistant and hopefully better.  Looking forward to my next batch.

What kinds of milk are you using for your cheese making process and where are you getting your recipes/ supplies?
