Does anyone know the exact culture Mad Millie sells for Penicillium Roqueforti? It say VZ3 on the packets but I can't seem to find that reference anywhere else. Would love to buy a large pack of the same culture.

Yep, that's all I could find also. Tried to cross reference that number with no luck.
