Title: A Shoutout to NYC Cheesemakers
Post by: iratherfly on October 11, 2012, 03:46:39 AM
Fellow New York City Cheesemakers!
I have been talking to a journalist who is writing a big story on urban cheesemaking in NYC. I know a few of you already (and some of us meet in person once in a while). But ...are there more of you guys out there?  Lurking around the boards?

Please post here or send me a direct message (even if you are totally new to this). It would make a great story and perhaps you will get to know some of your friendly cheesemaking neighbors. Come out of your burrows! (or boroughs, if you really are in NYC)

You kill me Jerry. I already pitched you to the reporter! He liked. Should I make the connection?  Some of us meet up sometimes for cheesemonger/cheesemaker evening. You should join next time!  How's it going with those cams by the way?

Yes, if you can stand an old guy tagging along, please count me in the next time you folks get together.
Cams are doing better, thanks. It just took a little patience for good pc growth. I'll post to my original forum query.
