I just want to thank everyone for there help and quick responses to my problems while I was making my firs attempts at these soft, pen. can. white mold ripened crottins. I won first at the ADGA national Conv. amateur division. I am learning so much on this foum. Thank you

Congratulations, that is very exciting and what a fantastic reward for your work. Do you have a photo of your cheese that won? I'm curious as to how you had it displayed, too. Very cool!
