Title: Hello from Scotland!

Hello!

I have been lurking on this forum for a while and found it so useful and fascinating I decided to finally register.

I live in Scotland and I enjoy breadmaking and yoghurt making, and I am just beginning to dabble in simple cheeses (labneh, milk ricotta). I look forward to some good discussions!
