Hi folks.
It's been a few years and am getting back into cheese making. Basically starting all over again and relearning.
What is the difference between these starter cultures?
# Abiasa's Mesophile Aromatic Type B
# Abiasa's Mesophile Type II
# Abiasa's Mesophile Type III

Morning Brian, welcome to the forum and great to hear you are taking up this artisan craft again.
I built a webpage listing the different Manufactured Cultures I could find here (http://cheeseforum.org/Making/Culture_Manufacturers_Products.htm). OK so that just lists the ingredients of each product, but if you look in the Glossary here (http://cheeseforum.org/Glossary.htm) then you can see what each one is as some common uses that I could find.
