Post by: scasnerkay on September 28, 2013, 07:39:13 PM
I wondered if anyone else here is going to take any classes in the Artisan Cheese making curriculum in Marin, CA? I signed up for 2 next week.... Cultures, and Chemistry.  Gotta love the science!!

Two great days of learning from Dave Potter of Dairy Connection. This was part of the Artisan Cheesemaking Certificate program at the College of Marin. I don't know that I want to take all the classes, but I highly recommend this one for those who live in the area! Thursday's instruction was on various starter cultures, and Friday was on cheese chemistry! I think the classes run in the Spring as well.
