Title: Montasio Cheese Making Recipe

Hi everyone-has anyone come across a recipe for Montasio. I have one that I would like to improve on to get it closer to the commercial products I have tasted.

Have you tried Peter Dixons recipe? Never let me down!

thanks for the link to the Montasio recipe. I'm going to give his recipe a go.
