My new VAT that i crafted in Philippine its a 55 Liter capacity with water heater heater and water circulating in the water jacket

Yeah im proud of my first VAT, the next one will be better too, Yes Wayne its in fact a in line water shower heater that u can bougth anywere, its also have the perfect range of temperature for cheese making with small modifcation and also can be use to obtain pasteiresation temperature too.

Nice job,

I'm using a similar system and have a question.

Do you throw the cold water down the drain or do you circulate the cold water back to the heater. If so, are you using a pump?

Hehhehe good questions, i recycle the hot water, energy in Philippine are expensive and maintain an certain temperature of the water is easy and very usefull for heating control property...  ;D
