Has anyone got a recipe for cows, goat and sheep milk cheese like La Tur ? I have heard of Adelle and Valentine , probably brand names . Or cow and sheep like La Peral, Testun Al Barolo, Robiola Bosina or
Robiola Rocchetta.
One of my cheese students wants to make it and the La Tur is good.
