Hi all, New cheese maker from the Midwest, living in Southern California. I have 2 cheddars,a muenster, a gouda and 4 farmhouse cheddars aging in my cheese cave. I love reading the blog, you have unknowingly answered so many of my questions. Happy cheesing!
