Title: Sturdy Press
Post by: Smurfmacaw on April 04, 2013, 01:06:08 AM
Can't say enough how happy I am with the sturdy press.  I ordered Monday afternoon and received it Wednesday afternoon.  3.5 minutes of assembly and it's ready.....great design - very well thought out.  Craftsmanship was awesome, everything fit perfectly.  I put myself through college as an instrument maker and machinist so I'm extremely picky about those kind of things.   Bravo!  You can't go wrong, especially since it is half the price of other presses but is twice as versatile.  I would have paid extra for a hardwood option but that's just me.  Again, I couldn't be happier.

Oh yeah, by the way, I'm new at cheese making (not cheese loving) so stand by for the typical noob barrage of cheese making questions.

Really like my Sturdy Press as well. Accurate and consistent pressure, easy to use.
