Title: Hello from Oklahoma

Hello Everyone!
I have been reading in the forum for a few days now.  LOVE what you have going here and decided to join.
I am new to cheese making and came here looking for information as we plan to move to the country and start homesteading.  Looking forward to visiting with you all in the forums and learning many tips etc.
