I am embarking on a new program at my work. I'm looking to bring on some highly unique cheese to offer to some of the top resturants in NYC. If any of you feel that your just about to that point where you want to take your cheeses to the public please let me know. This could be a great opportunity for us to start something special.

Sounds great, and while I'm in the US so easier as no customs, sadly my cheeses ar not yet up to that standard.
