Title: New member from Toronto: Question about Croatian skuta cheese

Hello from Toronto!

Can anyone tell me how much lactose is contained in Croatian skuta cheese? I can't figure out if it is like dry curd cottage cheese or not. Must eat lactose-free and am wondering what is a good substitute for dry curd cottage cheese in Croatia? If DCCC is available in Croatia, could anyone tell me what it's called there?
