Title: Hand-Crank Curd Mill

Does anyone have a line on where I might be able to find a hand crank mill?  We're opening a micro-creamery where customers can watch their cheese being made, so I really want something efficient but not super industrial.  Any ideas on whether I could get a small commercial unit with a busted motor and just add a crank?
