Title: Ecuador - Low Cost Rennet Suppliers?

I'm interested in making large batches of hard cheese and seeing as Rennet is $12 for 3 ounces it kinda makes it expensive to make when you add the cost of the milk and salt as well.

Are there any places that sell Rennet in bulk for reduced prices?

Sadly none in Ecuador, but a couple in Brazil and one in Argentina. Most of the smaller volumes are repackaged from large jugs so they probably sell 5 liter and bigger sizes.

You could also phone other local dairies and ask where they get there's.
