I'm searching about for copies of cheese shop business plans that you might be willing to share in order to help with my (hopeful) planning for a Minnesota business.

Go to your local community college. Many have information on small businesses.

Chris, good question, also I would buy the paperback book called "The Farmstead Creamery Advisor: The Complete Guide to Building and Running a Small, Farm-Based Cheese Business" by Gianaclis Caldwell.

Chris,

I am curious if you ever came across a sample business plan?  We are planning to open our cheese shop this spring.  I have a Financial Business plan I could share, but I had to make guesses on some of the numbers.  I would be happy to share it with you.
