Found a Press I really Like

I am looking for a source(s) where i can buy large molds for hard cheeses, first before i look at buying a press. Anyone have any ideas? I understand iratherfly is busy with a baby, therefore, not posting lately.

Also, anyone familiar with a crotonese recipe they would like to share? I have been looking but no luck...yet.

8" mold would be a good start. As i mentioned early, i did get your message with the link for the mold source but as i said before, i was not able to relocate that message, i pressed an incorrrect button and lost the entire conversation (and i still cannot find it grrrr)...i am just starting to get the hang of how to use this forum.

Thanks Al! I have been spending a little more time on the forum and it is friendlier to me. Based on the conversations going and contacting Robert of Sturdy Press, i have ordered a press. I look forward to trying it out.
Next, i will be ordering some larger molds and again i will order a few from CheeseandYogurtMaking.com
