Yogurt pump

I am looking into a peristaltic pump to transfer my yogurt, I and have not been able to find much information about attachments.  Anyone have any experience with a 400 l/ hr pump?  I'd like to put a nozzle on it, and its seems as if all the manufacturers just make pumps.
