It's cheaper than eating out, surely!  Anyway, my work here is done. You know you want one.  >:D

I questioned whether it was worth buying a knife I might use four or five times a year, but I have no regrets. I like the sharp and shiny things.

I know a guy that makes knives as a hobby and for some extra cash - I will eventually get around to showing him the photo and see what he'd need to make one for me.

The cow was the cause of my fingers getting broken, so she almost ended up in the freezer.  However, it was a matter of a few moments of extreme but temporary insanity on her part and she is back to doing her job as expected.  For the time being, it is raising a calf, so there isn't much milk for cheesemaking right now anyway.
