Need a mozzarella molding machine ASAP!

Hey guys!

My company is opening a 2nd location, and we REEEEEALLLLY need a mozzarella molding machine ASAP. Since we just moved, we're a little cash-small, but willing to discuss anything. We can't wait for a machine to be imported from Italy. We are located near Fort Worth, TX. Can someone please point me in the right direction??
