Ash Coated Crottin Style

Because of work and life I haven't really been able to make cheese in awhile  :'(. However, recently got to do another batch of ash coated crottin style. Used raw goat's milk and only using Geo. for the white surface mold. Here they are at 9 days old and getting ready for their daily fondling  ;D:
