I found some of these in the local hobby shop and picked them up.  Can't wait to try them. ;D

Cool Al.  Don't soak them in water too long as they are made of paper fiber!

What size is the mould you are using??

It is 4.5" diameter x 5" tall.  The M3 at Cheesemaking.com.  To be used for 2 gallon batches.
