Hi I'm in Gainesville Florida, USA
I have just started getting into cheese making after a lifelong love of eating
Right now I am fully satisfied lurking without any specific questions, though I am excited to try my hand at making some veg rennet this spring when the nettles come up.

Welcome! This is a great place to lurk and learn - and when you are ready, to post your results (with pictures, please!) and get helpful input on questions or problems, as well as kudos and encouragement for effort and successes!

... and don't be overwelmed by all the nerdy stuff in here... The results are almost always cheese...
