Cheese Club Formation

I am currently trying to form a cheese maker's club located on the North shore of Lake Pontchartrain near New Orleans, LA.  Our formation meeting will be scheduled as soon as I hear from 3 or more others who might be interested.  Like to make cheese?  Would you like to learn to make cheese?
