Hello from the Netherlands
« on: April 04, 2017, 08:05:45 AM »
Hi there  :)

I am Anna and live in the Netherlands. I mostly make Gouda cheese and sometimes I try some cheeses with white or blue moulds. As I have no cheese cave, I only make cheese in winter time. The rest of the year I make yogurt and bread and I grow vegetables and fruits which I preserve. Oh and I work in a very small cheese 'factory' which is more like a farm without milk giving animals ;)

Now in my fridge:

Hi and welcome.  The people here are always willing to share of their experience.  And Yes... we all do love cheese photos and details on how you make them.
