Hi there
I am Anna and live in the Netherlands. I mostly make Gouda cheese and sometimes I try some cheeses with white or blue moulds. As I have no cheese cave, I only make cheese in winter time. The rest of the year I make yogurt and bread and I grow vegetables and fruits which I preserve. Oh and I work in a very small cheese 'factory' which is more like a farm without milk giving animals
