I have too much cheese.
I have organised a cheese tasting for a few friends to eat into my excess supply.
All raw milk cow's milk cheeses, Blue, Cambozola, Cheddar, Gouda, Fetta and a lot of additive cheeses.
It's scheduled for Saturday 26th August 2 pm to 5 pm at a little venue within easy walking distance of the Wynyard (Tasmania, Australia) airport.
PM me if you happen to be in the neighbourhood!

Blue, Cambozola, Persian Fetta, Romano, Farmhouse Cheddar, Gouda, Manchego, Butterkasse, lots of flavoured varieties. Maybe 8 kg, perhaps a bit more.

Looks and sounds great - wish I weren't 16,000 km away!

Me too, all the way across the ocean...your cheeses look great! How nice of you to offer a tasting!!

I took photos at the beginning but it all got too busy and by the time I thought about photos again, all that was left was wreckage and not very photogenic.
Here is the menu and the first course set out.
Jarlsberg and Cambozola were the most popular, but everything got a positive response.
Not a bad day :)

Looks delicious! Isn't nice to get good feedback from people tasting your cheese? :)

wow looks like so much fun! I won this recently - https://www.megafreestuff.co.uk/free-godminster-cheese-gift-sets/ and I will be hosting a party of my own on Saturday.
