any tours or classes?

We are headed to Bruges Belgium in Feb for the beer festival and I'd love to visit some cheese makers in that area or even take a class. We are also headed east to Chimay (oh I love their cheese!). Not sure if tours even exist but I have not had luck looking online. Thanks
