Hello everyone!

I'm in London, UK, and having made paneer with milk that needed to be used up a few weeks ago, I got hooked. I've since made halloumi and am wondering what to get started on next with my limited equipment and space, but good quality raw milk source. What a rabbit hole! Also love foraging, and fermenting, so far in the forms of kombucha, sourdough, kefir and yogurt, sauerkraut, and nettle beer (I don't need to do this one again, though I'm hoping to make cider this year).
