Help identifying mould??

This is an experiment for a lactic cheese with paprika (Afuega'l Pitu, a Spanish cheese), hence the reddish color. After about 5 days in the cave some geo started growing and on top of it this blue/gray mould. I was letting it grow because I thought it was P Roqueforti, but it doesn't smell like blue so now I am not sure. Do you know what it is? should I remove it? and if so, how? the cheese is a bit soft so rubbing mould off is difficult.
