My unfinished post got away before I finished so I am reposting to make sure. I ordered a 1/2 inch curd harp/cutter that will work for most of my recipes and received a 1 inch harp/cutter instead. I am thinking about keeping it but don't know what cheeses it would work for. Looking forward to reading answers, thank you in advance.
