I've been browsing the forum but haven't introduced myself yet. So here it is. I'm from the Netherlands, you know, famous for Gouda cheese and Edam cheese rounds. Besides cheese-making, my other hobbies are brewing beer, baking bread, and barbecuing. I'm definitely looking forward to learning a lot from you all here.

Welcome to the forum. Some of the people here have the same hobbies. I also brew beer, bake bread and bbq. On top of that I make charcuterie and distill liquor.
