Got my Kefir Grains yesterday afternoon in mail from member Christy, she helped guide me to acclimatize them from goat's milk that they were used to to cow's milk.

  • 5:45AM Placed rinsed grains in 1 US quart/1 liter container. Filled 3/4 with store bought past & homogenized 2% milk. Left on counter top to ripen.
  • 8:00AM Container shaken for 10 seconds.
  • 6:00PM Shook container for 10 seconds, little viscous.
