Viili (Yogurt? With Geotrichum candidum)

Anybody here make viili?  I just ran across an entry about it on wikipedia, and it looks interesting to me.

It's a kind of yogurt made with Geotrichum candidum.

Any experience or tips or cautions or anything you can tell me about it? 

Do I just add geo. to regular yogurt?
