Ana is-mi John, I am the admin and post here under this username. My family and I lived in Damascus, Syria from 2001-2004 and I've been to Egypt and Morocco on holidays but sadly not yet to Libya. While in Syria I did not learn Arabic, no excuse, (although I did teach a night school class on English).

We have few Arabic speaking members so I suspect you will have slow reply, but please keep trying. Also, we do have some members who speak French if that is some help. I know of one other member who I will ask to reply.

I am glad to see your e-mail written in arabic, because even if it's my language, I couldn't write it (I don't have the arabic keyboard).
I think, with this forum we will share not only our experiences in cheese processing, but our langages and cheese cultures as well.
